How many questions can I ask you using the Ask Justin feature?

Well, the idea is that you don't get carried away! Remember that I get many questions asked of me and it does take time to answer them all so just use the facility but don't abuse it!

How long can I access the tutorials for?

You can access any of the tutorials and features of the site at any time during your subscription. If you plan on ending on your subscription then you are well within your right to copy and paste the tutorials and save them to your PC so that you can keep referring back to them.

Will these methods work for me?

What I teach are concepts, ideas and strategies that I have personally tested myself on my own websites and that you can apply to your own marketing. As long as you follow the methods in the tutorials there really is no reason why they shouldn't work for you too.

I think I already do a decent job online. What more can you do for me?

Are you telling me that you don't learn something new at least once a day? We are all constantly learning trying to better ourselves and our businesses. I certainly don't know it all. I still discover new ideas and strategies on a weekly basis. You can never know enough or know everything. So yes, you will definitely be learning something new with me...guaranteed!

How quickly will I see results?

Let's begin by setting something straight here. If you're after a magic formula that will make your business boom in the next couple of weeks then this really isn't for you. Online marketing takes time, effort and patience. This isn't about short-term gains, it's about building long-term sustainable and profitable businesses going forward. There is not quick fix but getting it right online is the future and if you haven't started yet you're already way behind.

How much time do I need to devote to implementing your ideas and suggestions?

Well, you could dedicate one day per week. Maybe you'll dedicate two days per week. Maybe you'll only put in one hour here and there. The important thing isn't so much how much time you put into it, it's about what you're doing during that time. The whole idea behind Online Property Lab is that I tell you what you need to do so you don't have waste any time. If it takes you a couple of hours per week then great but ultimately it's down to you and how aggressively you want to implement the strategies.

Who will make the changes to my website?

Obviously if you've built your own site you can do it yourself. Most estate agents these days have a content management system in place allowing them to make changes to their website very easily. If you don't have access to do this then where in the tutorials I talk about a specific change you need to make to your site, then perhaps send your web designer a copy of the tutorial so that they can do it for you.

Do I need to employ more staff to handle this?

NO! There is nothing I teach which you can't do with the resources you have already. If it's a matter of time well we can always find time. We all waste time during the day. Use your exisiting resources first and then when things really take off you can take on more people to handle all those extra leads!

Do I need the services of an SEO company to use your ideas?

Of course not. That's the whole point of this OPL. You do your own SEO since you'll know what needs to be done and why.

I'm quite new to online marketing, is this stuff beyond me at this stage?

Not at all. Much to the frustration of the more advanceed members, I explain everything, starting from the basics. If at any point you have a question about something in a tutorial then leave a comment. I answer all comments on the tutorials.

What do I do if I don't see any results from my efforts with this?

My first question to you would be "how long have you given it"? As I mention above, it does take time, especially when just starting off as you need to build up the momentum. If you don't see any results at all after 6 months, and you have properly implemented the advice, then I'm going to get a job in McDonalds. But seriously, put the effort in and you will get results. If you don't then get in touch and I will see what's happening with your website and your online marketing.

Can we chat with you over the phone about our website?

Many people ask me why I don't put my phone number on the website. The reason is that I stopped putting my number on all my sites a couple of years ago. Many people think I'm a property advice help centre and keep calling me with questions! I'm too polite to put the phone down on anyone so it used to take up a lot of my time. However, members who request it can have my phone number as long as they don't abuse it! I'm not really here to spend all day discussing specific websites. OPL is about sharing information so it's not about one-on-one phone conversation.

Is all this a quick fix for my struggling business?

Absolutely not! It's for serious property professionals that want to build a profitable long-term business online. Quick-fix hunters need look elsewhere.

Why are you sharing all this information? Won't it compromise what you do for yourself and your clients?

Not really. It's a big world out there and not every agent is going to sign up to OPL. There's plenty of cake for everyone. I don't have the capacity to take on any more clients so this is my way of extending my reach and allowing others to make the most of this knowledge and information.

Are subscriptions taken automatically every month?

The monthly ones are, yes. It's the only way I can handle it! However, if you pay the annual subsctiption then you have to renew it yourself every year. I'll of course send you a reminder! There is also a lifetime subscription available so you don't have to ever worry about renewing anything.

What if I feel that you're just feeding me a load of crap?

Firstly, that's just not in my nature, and secondly, you're not tied to anything. You can leave at any time. I would, however, be very disappointed if you felt it was a load of crap. I have built my reputation online for the past six years based on trust, so my intention is never to give out crappy information to anyone. It's not me.

Can I hire your services directly?

At this moment in time, no. I just don't have any more resources available to service more individual clients. Hopefully you won't want to try and hire me anyway as you'll find all the information you need right here.
