Who am I and what do I know?
Many people will recognise me as the person behind the social networking website for Spanish property buyers and owners, Eye on Spain. I started Eye on Spain up with huge exposure in the media and have grown it into the largest social website for property owners in Spain, with over 40,000 registered members.
I then created a similar website for the rest of the world, which I subsequently sold three years ago and is still going strong.
Apart from those I have a wide variety of other real estate websites which I use as lead generators and to do all my testing!
My Qualifications
Originally from Gibraltar I went on to do a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering at Liverpool University. Following that I worked in the Automotive industry followed by a stint with a Formula 1 team, today known as Mercedes GP.
I have been involved in the online real estate market for the past six years, advising estate agents on online marketing best practices.
I have helped several clients survive the "credit crunch" years by advising them on some of the best and most forward-thinking online marketing techniques available to them. All my clients are still in business today!
As you can see on the right, I have often been quoted and talked about in the press and also given talks and written articles on the subject of online marketing for real estate agents.
